Alida DeMarco is a compassionate advocate for the most vulnerable among us, focusing her practice in the areas of Elder Law and Guardianships. Her fluency in Spanish has allowed her to expand the reach of her legal services to a broad spectrum of our community.
Alida, born in Panama City, Panama, has taken an unconventional path to Smithtown, giving her a diverse background of experience and education. After obtaining her law degree and license to practice in Panama, Alida earned an LLM from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Alida was admitted to the New York Bar in 2002, and after falling in love with Long Island, she soon found her home in Smithtown, where she has resided for over fifteen years.
Before joining Fratello Law, Alida enjoyed a career in litigation and in her own guardianship practice. Alida is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association, Senior Umbrella Network (SUN) and the Long Island Hispanic Bar Association.
Alida resides in Smithtown with her husband and two children. She enjoys hiking, cooking, and taking advantage of Long Island’s natural beauty.

Alida, quien nació en la ciudad de Panamá, Panamá; ha tomado un camino poco convencional a la cuidad de Smithtown lo cual le ha dado una diversa educación y experiencia. Después de obtener su licenciatura en Derecho en la cuidad de Panamá, Alida obtuvo su Maestría en Tulane University en New Orleans, Louisiana. Alida fue admitida a el New York Bar en el 2002 y gracias a su amor por Long Island decidió formar su hogar en Smithtown, donde ha residido por quince años.
Antes de formar parte de Fratello Law, Alida enfocó su carrera en litigio y en su propia práctica en Tutela. Alida es miembro del Suffolk County Bar Association, Senior Umbrella Network (SUN) y del Long Island Hispanic Bar Association.
Alida reside en Smithtown con su esposo y dos hijos. Ella disfruta de caminar, cocinar y de aprovechar la belleza natural que ofrece Long Island.
