Tom earned his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University Law School (1980) and his Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Hofstra University (1971). He is admitted to practice in New York State and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
A proud veteran who served in the United States Navy for 23 years, retiring as Commander (USNR) in 1995, Tom brings the same values of service, integrity, and dedication to every client relationship. He is an active member of the New York State Bar Association, Columbian Lawyers Association of Nassau County, and Suffolk County Bar.
