Carrie A. Arias
Carrie Arias concentrates on the areas of Elder Law, Special Needs and Medicaid Planning and Guardianships. She has found her passion in guiding clients through the often complex legal issues associated with aging, disabilities and managing the cost of care.

Carrie graduated from the University of San Diego, School of Law in 1998 and earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from UCLA in 1995. She is admitted to practice law in New York and California. Carrie is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Suffolk County Bar Association and Senior Umbrella Network (SUN), SCBA Elder Law Committee and Medicaid Committee.
Carrie lives with her husband, two sons, dog and cat in Port Jefferson Station. She is actively involved in the Comsewogue School District and Comsewogue Youth Lacrosse. When she is not practicing law, she is usually on the sidelines watching her boys play lacrosse, basketball and football. She loves travel, hiking, kayaking and enjoying nature.
